Pencil Drawing with various blending techniques. I scratched out some of the texture on the skirt and top using a pin. I also went over the image with oil paint using a dry brush to try and add more depth in the skin tones but I think that the rough texture of the paper didn't suit that technique and kind of made her look like she has lots of freckles...
